Natixis is a corporate and investment bank, part of BPCE Group. It was created as a result of merger of Caisse d’Epargne and Banque Populaire.
Currently, Natixis is jointly owned with 35% stake each by the Caisse Nationale des Caisses d’Epargne and Banque Fédérale des Banques Populaires, the remaining shares being traded.
